Dental Health Month!!

February is Dental Health Month. We are learning about our teeth and how to keep them healthy. The students have also read articles about how to keep their teeth healthy. After reading the articles, the students wrote "SMART" answers to prove what they learned by finding evidence from the text.



We were also so fortunate to have a visit from Dr. VanWormer! He is a local dentist in town and taught us the importance of taking care of our teeth and what foods we can choose to help keep our teeth healthy and strong!!!




Finally, we made these cute little tooth fairies to display some of the facts that we learned!
